Terms of Service for Bonobo Chasers

Welcome to Bonobo Chasers! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bonobo Chasers game ("the Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bonobo Chasers, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. In-Game Purchases

4.1. Virtual Goods and Currency:

• The Game may include the option to purchase virtual goods or currency with real money. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or any other item of value outside the Game.

4.2. All Sales Final:

• All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, and functionality of virtual goods and currency at any time.

5. User Conduct

5.1. Prohibited Activities:

• You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Game:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players;

  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;

  • Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5.2. Enforcement:

• We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including, without limitation, suspending or terminating their account and access to the Game.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Game, including but not limited to graphics, logos, and game mechanics, are the intellectual property of the Game's creators or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Game without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Warranties:

• The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2. Limitation of Liability:

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game;

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our Game by any third party;

  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Game.

8. Termination

8.1. Termination by You:

• You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Game and deleting the Game from your device.

8.2. Termination by Us:

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
